Josh is a West End native and top-selling Associate Broker at the Hometown Realty Carytown Office. Josh holds a bachelors degree at Hampden-Sydney College and prides himself on outstanding customer service. He is a dedicated and passionate Realtor that enjoys helping friends and referrals with their real estate buying and selling needs. Josh strives to create and maintain lasting relationships with his clients. From the first appointment, he takes the time to listen and learn each individual client’s needs and wants to help create a custom game plan for real estate success. Brooks was born and raised here in Richmond, Virginia. After attending Benedictine High School, he went on to Randolph-Macon College and received a degree in Business and Economics. He became a Realtor right after college and joined Hometown shortly after graduating from R-MC in 2015. He specializes in working with first time home buyers, as well as working in new construction for R-CI Builders.
Meredith moved to Richmond after graduating from the University of Virginia and fell in love with the city she has considered home since. She worked as a Pediatric nurse for several years before getting into Real Estate. As a Residential Real Estate agent she specializes in first time home buyers and sellers. Meredith understands the importance of balancing the commitment to detail and her clients’ needs, while also understanding the stressful nature of this process. She is passionate about making home buying and selling stress-free and seamless, while carefully walking the buyer or seller through each step of the journey.
Growing up in the west end of Richmond, VA and having family living in the fan area, Steven got to see a lot of homes being built and was introduced to the wealth of history and architecture surrounding our city. After graduating college, Steven pursued a career in technology and started working in northern Virginia and enjoyed the hustle and bustle of daily life. After moving back to Richmond, he discovered another passion of his, helping others. He began working in management with the YMCA of Greater Richmond, met his wife Anna and settled into a fulfilling twelve-year career with the organization as a values-based leader. When Anna started traveling for work, Steven discovered it was time to consider a career that could afford him the ability to be flexible and support his children and wife’s career. The desire to still serve others and utilize the skill sets that he has developed fueled his desire to transition into real estate. As a licensed and full-time real estate salesperson and transaction coordinator, Steven gets to fulfill what he enjoys best; getting to help his teammates and their clients get to the closing table in a timely and efficient manner while also helping his own buyers and sellers actualize their hopes and dreams of home ownership.
