Josh Simpson

Josh is a West End native and top-selling Associate Broker at the Hometown Realty Carytown Office. Josh holds a bachelors degree at Hampden-Sydney College and prides himself on outstanding customer service. He is a dedicated and passionate Realtor that enjoys helping friends and referrals with their real estate buying and selling needs. Josh strives to create and maintain lasting relationships with his clients. From the first appointment, he takes the time to listen and learn each individual client’s needs and wants to help create a custom game plan for real estate success. Meredith Martin

Meredith moved to Richmond after graduating from the University of Virginia and fell in love with the city she has considered home since. She worked as a Pediatric nurse for several years before getting into Real Estate. As a Residential Real Estate agent she specializes in first time home buyers and sellers. Meredith understands the importance of balancing the commitment to detail and her clients’ needs, while also understanding the stressful nature of this process. She is passionate about making home buying and selling stress-free and seamless, while carefully walking the buyer or seller through each step of the journey.

Tyler Yeatts

Tyler Yeatts is a Richmond native and graduate of the University of Alabama. With a background in residential and commercial development, property management , and construction sales, Tyler is no stranger to hard work and the importance of building mutual trust and respect with each of his clients. Tyler brings a wealth of local knowledge and unique expertise as it relates to residential real estate, investment properties, home remodels and value add improvements. While Tyler, resides in the Libbie & Grove area of Richmond’s West End, he is committed to serving all areas of the Richmond real estate market while providing unparalleled customer service and local knowledge.

Robby Stockwell
