Josh Simpson – Team Lead

Josh is a West End native and top-selling Associate Broker at the Hometown Realty Carytown Office. Josh holds a bachelors degree at Hampden-Sydney College and prides himself on outstanding customer service. He is a dedicated and passionate Realtor that enjoys helping friends and referrals with their real estate buying and selling needs. Josh strives to create and maintain lasting relationships with his clients. From the first appointment, he takes the time to listen and learn each client’s individual needs and wants to help create a custom game plan for real estate success. Megan O’Rear – Realtor

Growing up in heavily populated and diverse, Fairfax County, Megan learned to appreciate and respect other cultures and communities. After graduating from VCU in 2011, Megan found that Richmond’s southern hospitality allowed for a more comfortable way of life (with far less traffic!) and decided to permanently call Richmond home.  Megan is a loyal individual who passionately believes that home ownership is more than just a financial transaction.  “My childhood home has so many memories- backyard football with the neighborhood kids, my first heartbreak, getting my college acceptance letter, and even moving back into my old room when I landed my first ‘real job’!  A house is so much more than just a residence, and I’d love to be a part of helping someone find their home to make their own memories in.”

Josh Booterbaugh – Realtor

Josh is a Richmond native and proud VCU Ram, “Let’s Go VCU!” Josh’s background consists of 12 years in management for a Fortune 50 transportation company where he honed his leadership skills and further developed expertise in sales, negotiating, and most importantly, customer service. These dynamic skills translate well into the world of real estate as Josh is able to understand and execute clients’ wants and needs, all the while making them feel like family. Tyler Yeatts – Realtor

Tyler Yeatts is a Richmond native and graduate of the University of Alabama.
